Our proposal is to provide a Made in Italy certificate.
This is related to a regulation system that will be approved by the Ministry of the Productive Activities. Those firms who subscribe to the Made in Italy certification system must strictly respect its rules and regulations.
Companies that at 51% manufacture their goods in Italy and get their supplies in Italy
Our goal is to give Italian firms the chance to certify the authentic Italian origin of their goods.
The firm's trademark will be enclosed to the Made in Italy certification and it will be registered by the National Board of Trade.
Firms that guarantee the authentic Italian origin of their goods can receive the Made in Italy certifice by a private institution.

Our proposal is described at the following point.
FIGHT AGAINST COUNTERFEITING GOODS
Our institute is promoting a Sanitary and secutity certification for the non European semi-finished and finished goods according to the ethic and environmental protection laws.
Law sanctions are provided for manufacturers, retailers and importers that distribute goods that are not certified. The following restrictions are:
1.seizure of goods
2.cancellation of the importing and distribution license
3.fine on the total value of the imported goods is given to firms and their managers
LABELLING AND RESEARCH SYSTEM
- Besides the components list, Italian and foreigners manufacturers and importers should give further information on :
the origin of materials and manufacturing process of goods (for instance : shoes)
material : vampof leather component of Indian origin manufactured in Tunisia
material : rubber sole component of Vietnamitan origin manufactured in Italy
material : synthetic lining component of Indian origin manufactured in Tunisia
- the denomination of the Italian distributor, manufacturer and importer enrolled in the Board of Trade. (It is given by a bar code)
COOPERATION
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should provide a development fund for the traditional crasfmanship activities.
The fund should be managed by a commitee of import-export and distribution companies that has be located at the Board of Trade of every Italian region.
DELOCALIZATION
The Bord of Trade of every Italian province should create a list of all the delocalized firms and should also organise control committee in order to avoid:
- the exploiting of poor countries
- the pollution of the environment
- the conterfeiting of goods
- the unfair competition
SANITARY AND SECURITY REGULATIONS
The Institute is soliciting the Italian Government and the European Union to make the SC sanitary and secutity certification for the non European semi-finished and finished made goods compulsory. This initiative is adressed to protect the consumer and follows the worldwide regulation system.
